For technical support on an item that you purchased from us please include your
invoice number or order number. We are unable to provide support without this information. If you are seeking
technical support for a product that was not purchased from us please contact the place you
purchased the item or the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers have
websites that provide technical support to end users.
